The City of Durham is highlighting both GRACED, Inc and Demetrick "DJ" Royster, Changed by Youth Ambassador to the Office on Youth (City of Durham) at City Hall next week. The Mayor and City Council will be in attendance. Only 4 organizations will be honored throughout the city. To that end, I am truly grateful for GRACED, Inc being recognized and a positive light is being shined on the youth of Cornwallis. This mission is truly bigger than me! Therefore, I am very grateful for the opportunity that GRACED, Inc.'s partnership with Durham Parks and Rec has afforded me to delve deeper into my passion; most importantly, to create a positive impact in the Cornwallis Community! An impact that will be perpetuated for generations to come.

I am very excited about the possibilities that 2023 is going to offer the youth!
